After that, you'll have access to a directory like this (This is JP Original of KFIIjp). With an CUE/BIN mount it with DAEMON Tools or your favorite virtual disc drive software (I think windows has something for it these days). It can be either a physical disc or an CUE/BIN. You'll need a copy of King's Field, any region will do and any of the mentioned versions from the title. It's been circling round in some discord servers for a bit, but I've finally got it to the point (that it's not crashing every minute :)) where it can be released to a wider audience!
